Message to Clients

Thank you for your interest in Lakeshore Nannies.  Our focus is on connecting families with quality caregivers that will provide and educational and stimulating environment for children in their care.  We have been very fortunate to have wonderful family and nanny clients.  The reason for Lakeshore Nannies' success is that we take a personalize approach to the placement process.  We understand that each family is unique and has specific candidate requirements that fit their needs. We work with the families to understand their "Ideal Nanny".   This helps us present appropriate candidates. 

This same philosophy is implemented with nanny candidates.  We meet with each nanny candidate in person to discuss their background, experience, future goals, and their ideal employment situation.  This allows us to match them up with the right family.

Background

Margie Marzec is a working mother and seasoned business professional with a MBA and 10+ years of experience in sales management in the corporate world.  As a parent, she knows the importance of quality childcare.  Her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology meet requirements for a head Teacher in licensed childcare setting.  Additionally, Mrs. Marzec has taught at various Childcare Centers and has been a summer nanny.  Mrs. Marzec is a member of the INA (International Nanny Association) and a Licensed Employment Counselor. 

Mrs. Marzec currently resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and children.
