Family Profile
Lakeshore Nannies recognizes that each
family has unique requirements, needs, and aspirations for their family
and children. Every child possesses his or her own learning style
and emotional requirements. We will work with you to match the right nanny
to your family. The information that we received with your Family
Profile helps us with this process. Please feel free to be as
detailed as you would like and please do not hesitate to contact us with
any questions or clarification.
Hours: The average full-time nanny works
40-55 hours per week. Part-Time nannies usually work 15-30 hours per
week. The positions with hours ranging of 30-40 hours per week can
be little harder to find the right nanny. This is
too much for some part-time nannies and too few hours for other nannies.
We have placed nannies in the entire spectrum of hours. Sometimes we
can pair a nanny up with another family to give them full-time or more
hours.
Salary: Nannies usually get paid weekly,
but calculate their fee from an average hourly rate of $12-$15 per hour.
A nanny's salary varies depending on their experience, educational
background, CPR certification, etc.
Additional Responsibilities & Comments: Please list any additional responsibilities required
of your Nanny including specific areas of light housekeeping. You
may also list any additional comments for Lakeshore Nannies.
Note: Most nannies do not replace a
housekeeper. The typical requirements include light housekeeping
associated with the care of children. Additional Responsibilities
not associated with the care of children such as the family laundry,
cooking family meals, grocery shopping for the entire family, etc. are
not a standard part of a nannies responsibilities.
Theses should be negotiated with the nanny.
